From our artisanal still in the Vermont hills comes this ... confluence of Vermont elderberry blossoms, Caribbean cane, and Austrian Elder essence – a veritable empire of flavor.

Raw cane juice is fermented and precisely distilled into clear, light rum – a perfect backdrop for the color and complexity of elderflower infusion. Serve straight or over ice.

Our Elderflower Flavored Rum was launched in Vermont Spring 2011.

We are pleased and honored that our Elderflower Rum been awarded the Silver Medal for Flavored Rum by the American Distilling Institute.
