Raw cane juice is fermented and precisely distilled into clear, light rum – a perfect backdrop for the color and complexity of elderflower infusion. Serve straight or over ice.
Our Elderflower Flavored Rum was launched in Vermont Spring 2011.
We are pleased and honored that our Elderflower Rum been awarded the Silver Medal for Flavored Rum by the American Distilling Institute.
