Duncan Holaday is Master Distiller and owner of Dunc’s Mill.

An esteemed craftsman and academic in his earlier life, Duncan has been perfecting the art of distilling for over fifteen years.

Duncan is renowned for revitalizing traditional craft and inventing new techniques for micro-distilling within the United States. He designed and built several custom stills operating in New England and has taught many of its young artisans.
